Overview
We do not accept returns on any products, only refunds to the original payment method are provided under the circumstances below
All refund or exchange claims must be submitted by email to support@pspeptides.com
To Be Eligible For A Refund Or Replacement:
- For defective, broken, or missing products in the package contact us within 3 days of the carrier marking the parcel with your order as delivered
- Photo AND Video showing the product being broken or defective in some way WITH the original shipping package with the shipping label in view. In this case an exchange for the product will be provided as well as complementary express shipping
- If you chose to do a 3rd party lab test on your order and it the lab test shows a negative result for what we advertised, if different product was in the vial, or if the HPLC purity was below 80% we will provide a full refund to the original payment method and will pay for the cost of the 3rd party lab test you ordered. The lab test result must include a picture of the vial or product along with the results as well as testing method to determine what is in the vial. We allow up to 30 days after the carrier marks your package as delivered to provide us with 3rd party lab testing results for this refund
Optionally we can also provide store credit or a replacement of that product if you chose so instead of a refund to the original payment method
In some situations we will not honor refunds or replacements:
- There is no original shipping packaging and label in the claim video and photo
- If you have initiated a chargeback from your card provider / payment method
- Notified us later than 3 days after the carrier marks the package as delivered for a defective / broken product.
- Notified us later than 30 days after the carrier marks the package as delivered for a 3rd party lab testing claim.
Refunds / Replacements
Allow us from 3-5 business days to assess your refund or exchange claim from the moment you notify us of the claim.
Replacements will be shipped within 3-5 business days of approval and will be shipped with complementary express shipping.
Our Guarantees

We guarantee that all the products we provide are sterilized and pass endotoxin testing as well as heavy metal testing. We guarantee these products fit standard research safety and sterility criteria.
We guarantee that we provide products with a HPLC purity higher than 97%
We guarantee that we provide products that are within 5% +/- mass of what we advertise the product as. Ex; if we advertise 100mg we may deliver a product with up to 105mg due to production error.
