PSPeptides is a brand operated by ProSupply Services LLC. These Terms & Policies govern your use of pspeptides.com and your purchase of products from PSPeptides.

Overview

We do not accept returns on any products. Only refunds to the original payment method are provided under the circumstances below.

All refund or exchange claims must be submitted by email to [email protected].

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • For defective, broken, or missing products in the package, contact us within 3 days of the carrier marking the parcel with your order as delivered.
  • Photo AND video showing the product being broken or defective in some way WITH the original shipping package with the shipping label in view. In this case an exchange for the product will be provided as well as complimentary express shipping.
  • If you choose to do a 3rd party lab test on your order and the lab test shows a negative result for what we advertised, if a different product was in the vial, or if the HPLC purity was below 80%, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method and will pay for the cost of the 3rd party lab test you ordered. The lab test result must include a picture of the vial or product along with the results as well as the testing method used to determine what is in the vial. We allow up to 30 days after the carrier marks your package as delivered to provide us with 3rd party lab testing results for this refund.

Optionally, we can also provide store credit or a replacement of that product if you choose so instead of a refund to the original payment method.

When We Cannot Honor Refunds or Replacements

  • There is no original shipping packaging and label in the claim video and photo.
  • If you have initiated a chargeback from your card provider or payment method.
  • Notified us later than 3 days after the carrier marks the package as delivered for a defective or broken product.
  • Notified us later than 30 days after the carrier marks the package as delivered for a 3rd party lab testing claim.
  • You request to cancel or refund an order after PSPeptides has confirmed to you that the order has been packed and is ready to ship. Once an order has been packed, it has entered fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled or refunded, whether or not the carrier has picked it up or issued tracking.

Refunds and Replacements

Allow us 3–5 business days to assess your refund or exchange claim from the moment you notify us of the claim.

Replacements will be shipped within 3–5 business days of approval and will be shipped with complimentary express shipping.

Our Guarantees

  • We guarantee that we will pack and ship your product within 7 business days of you placing and paying for your order.

Where applicable, PSPeptides may publish batch-specific certificates of analysis and technical specifications for research reference. Except as expressly required by law or expressly stated in a written refund determination, products are sold as research materials without consumer-facing performance claims, therapeutic claims, or suitability claims for any prohibited use.

Research Use Only

All products sold by PSPeptides are strictly intended for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Products are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended for diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, or for any therapeutic, clinical, personal use, or other unauthorized application. By creating an account or placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these restrictions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or purchase from PSPeptides. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified professional or an authorized representative of a legitimate research organization, institution, or lawful laboratory activity, and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

Account Registration and Purchase Gating

PSPeptides requires mandatory account creation and login before any order may be placed. Guest checkout, express checkout, accelerated wallet checkout, and any one-click or bypass checkout path are prohibited. As part of registration, each purchaser must provide business/entity type, researcher/buyer category, Field of Qualified Research, and an electronic signature affirming acceptance of these Terms. PSPeptides reserves the right to deny, suspend, or cancel accounts or orders that do not satisfy qualification, screening, or compliance requirements.

Order Review, Shipping Restrictions, and Signature Requirement

PSPeptides may screen and reject orders associated with pharmacies, med spas, weight-loss clinics, TRT clinics, gyms, dormitories, or other high-risk destinations or use cases inconsistent with lawful research use. An adult signature confirming age 21+ is required on first orders. PSPeptides reserves the right to request additional documentation before shipment and to cancel or refund orders that fail review.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to process orders and operate our business.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PSPeptides and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PSPeptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProSupply Services LLC, PSPeptides, and their officers, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of any product, violation of applicable law, or use of any product for any prohibited purpose, including human or animal consumption.

SMS Program Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from PSPeptides (a brand of ProSupply Services LLC), you agree to the following.

Program: PSPeptides SMS Program — transactional text messages limited to account verification, order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, and customer service replies.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 4–8 messages per month, depending on your activity with us.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-In: You may opt in to receive transactional SMS communications relating to account verification, order processing, shipping, delivery, and customer service. PSPeptides does not use SMS to provide dosing advice, protocol guidance, or personal-use product recommendations.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from the program. To rejoin, opt in again using any of the methods above.

Privacy: Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of, or have authorization from the account holder of, the mobile phone number you provide.

PSPeptides reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
